Arrival & access
What are check-in and check-out times? +

Check-in is from 3pm and check-out is by 10am. Early check-in and late check-out can sometimes be arranged — just ask when you book.

How do I check in? +

Self check-in with a smart lock. We’ll send you the door code, lobby access details, and a short welcome guide 24 hours before arrival.

Is parking included? +

Yes — one secure undercover parking space is included with every stay. Bay number and gate access sent before check-in.

Is the building secure? +

Yes. 24/7 concierge in the lobby, lift access requires a fob, and the apartment has a smart lock with a unique code for your stay.

Building & amenities
Can we access the pool and gym 24 hours? +

The gym is open 24 hours. The pool, spa, sauna and steam room operate from 6am–10pm daily.

What’s included in the apartment? +

Full kitchen with Miele appliances, linen and towels, hotel-quality amenities, Wi-Fi, Netflix, ducted AC, washer and dryer, iron and hairdryer.

Is there a BBQ available? +

Yes — residents’ BBQ lounge on the amenities floor, first come first served. Please clean up after use.

Is smoking allowed? +

No smoking inside the apartment or on the balcony. You can smoke in the designated area outside the building.

Policies & rules
Is there a minimum stay? +

Usually 2 nights, sometimes 3 over weekends and peak holidays. Availability and minimums are shown live on Airbnb and Booking.com.

Can I host a party or event? +

No — building by-laws prohibit parties or events, and we strictly enforce this. Noise after 10pm carries penalties from body corporate.

What’s the cancellation policy? +

Standard policy follows the platform you book through. Contact us directly for flexible arrangements on longer stays.

Can I bring a pet? +

Unfortunately not. Building by-laws don’t allow short-term guest pets. Guide and assistance animals are welcome.

Families & long stays
Is the apartment suitable for families with young kids? +

Yes — a cot and high chair can be arranged on request. The second bedroom has two single beds. The pool area is fenced and the beach is patrolled.

Do you offer long stays or corporate rates? +

Yes, we offer discounted rates for stays of 14+ nights. Email us for a custom quote.

Can extra guests be accommodated? +

The apartment officially sleeps 4. We’re unable to exceed this due to building by-laws.

Is the apartment wheelchair accessible? +

Lift access and wide hallways, yes. The bathroom has a step-in rainfall shower rather than a roll-in, so please contact us before booking if specific accessibility is needed.
